NEWS:

WHAT A SEASON!

Congratulations to all teams this season, our biggest yet.
A lot of new managers, and some good contests among the leagues.

In the seventh season of AA-League's top league - League One - We have had a seventh Grand Final champion: Davila Punters Club.
This foundation club has a proud record of being the only team never to be relegated from the top flight, and a maiden championship is just reward for long-time manager Jim.
The Premiers Plate was won by Inter Minutoli, who also lost the Grand Final. They have moved up from Oz Superleague Div 1, into the Pro leagues via invitation, all the way to League One, where they have appeared in two straight FFFA Cup finals. A real Wrexham story 😆

Down in League Two, a newer club - North Parramatta Raptors - Have won the plate and championship double in their second season. They will be promoted along with second placed foundation club Badly Parked Rovers.

In the online leagues, Youngheart Manawatu have continued their great AA-League record by winning the grand final from fourth (their lowest ever finish), while Nine XI - under another experienced manager - wrapped up the Plate.

PROMOTION AND RELEGATION RULES:

- If your league has promotion/relegation (all leagues this season except the Spartan League), this will generally be denoted by the brown relegation zone at the bottom of the league ladder. Don't fall into the brown zone!

- Promoted teams are determined by this rule:
* Leagues with 1 promotion spot: Team that finishes 1st on the ladder
* Leagues with 2 promotion spots: Team that finishes 1st on the ladder, and the Grand Final winner. If 1st wins the Grand Final, second place on the ladder.
* Leagues with 3 promotion spots: Teams that finish 1st and 2nd on the ladder, and the Grand Final winner. If 1st or 2nd wins the Grand Final, third place on the ladder will grab the third spot.
* Leagues with 4 promotion spots: Top four teams on the ladder (all finalists).

NOTE: As we don't allow more than one team managed by the same user in any league, any managers earning promotion to a division with another one of their own teams, will stay in their division. That promotion spot will then be given to the next team on the table.
We will try and even out the sizes of the Oz Superleague divisions next season ...Which means that Div 1 will have two teams relegated, but four will come up from Div 2.
